Crew Cab Bucket Seat Cushion (Part 2)
Removal and Installation
60 and 40 percent seat
1. Remove the seat.
60 percent cushion
2. Remove the 2 bolts from the back side of the center support.

To install, tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).
3. Separate the 60 percent seat cushion from the center support.
40 percent cushion
4. Separate the 40 percent set cushion from the center seat riser and the 40 percent backrest from the center support.
60 or 40 percent seat
5. Remove the screw and side latch shield.
6. Remove the screw and cushion release handle.
7. Pry the side shield to release the 3 clips and remove the side shield.
8. Remove the 2 bolts and cushion assembly.

To install, tighten to 33 Nm (24 lb-ft).
9. Remove the bolt and seat cushion latch assembly.

To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
10. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
