Material
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the brake pads.
2. Remove and discard the 2 brake caliper anchor plate bolts.
^
To install (F-250, F-350), tighten to 225 Nm (166 lb-ft).

To install (F-450, F-550), tighten to 400 Nm (295 lb-ft).
3. Inspect the brake caliper anchor plate assembly.

Check the guide pin boots for damage and replace as necessary.
^
Check the guide pins for binding and damage.
