F 550 4WD Super Duty V8-6.4L DSL Turbo (2008)
15. CAUTION: Failure to correctly install the fuel pump heat shield may result in engine damage.
Install the LH high-pressure fuel injection pump heat shield, the fuel tube bracket and the nuts.

Tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-inch).
16. Install the RH fuel pump heat shield and position the engine-to-body ground wire. Install the nuts.

Tighten to 13 Nm (115 lb-inch).
17. Install the high-pressure fuel injection pump heat shield bolts.

Tighten to 13 Nm (115 lb-inch).
18. NOTE: Use a socket to aid on installing the pushnuts.
Install the glow plug module heat shield and new pushnuts.
19. Install the turbocharger inlet pipes.
20. Install the crankshaft rear seal.
21. Bleed the high-pressure fuel system. For additional information, refer to Fuel Delivery and Air Induction.
