Heater Hose: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Drain the radiator.
2. Disconnect the heater outlet hose at the engine.
3. Disconnect the heater inlet hose at the engine.
4. Remove the charge air cooler pipe.
5. Disconnect the quick disconnect heater hose couplings from the heater water hoses. Refer to heater hose coupling disconnect and connect
