OVERVIEW
Pursuant to the settlement of a class action lawsuit, certain F-Super Duty and Excursion owners were given the opportunity to submit a request to the
Program Administrator to have the accelerator pedal replaced at no charge. Dealers are to replace the fixed accelerator pedal only if requested by the
vehicle owner and the vehicle is identified in OASIS. The vehicle does not need to exhibit any symptoms at the time of replacement.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
