Thread the adjuster in or out until the clearance between the pin and the lever is 1.5 to 2.5 mm (0.06 to 0.10 inch). Refer to Figure 4.

Check freeplay at the clutch pedal if it is not within specification, inspect the clutch release components for a problem.
