Idle Speed: Adjustments
IDLE SPEED
1.
Ground the Self-Test Input (Black 1-pin) connector.
2.
Warm up the engine, all accessories OFF. Note the idle speed.
3.
Run the engine for three minutes at 2500-3000 rpm in NEUTRAL.
4.
Check the initial timing and adjust if necessary.
5.
Remove the blind cap from the throttle body and adjust screw for the correct idle speed as specified.
