Remove the battery.
For additional information, refer to Battery in this section.

Remove the cable tie (if equipped).

Detach the battery positive cable and auxiliary power cable retaining clips from the battery tray.

Detach the battery ground cable retaining clip from the battery tray.

Remove the battery tray.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
