Measure the liftgate to body clearance. | | | -
Loosen the liftgate hinge to liftgate bolts sufficiently to allow movement. | | | -
Reposition the hinge up and down as required. | | | -
Detach the liftgate weatherstrip. | | | -
Locally lower the headliner and loosen the liftgate hinge to body bolts sufficiently to allow movement. | | | -
Reposition the hinge from side to side as required. | | | -
Tighten the hinge bolts. Check the alignment and fit. | | |
