Verify the safety belt retractor operates without excessive effort or binding.
11. NOTE: Headliner removed for clarity.
Remove the restraint system diagnostic tool from the vehicle harness side of the driver side safety canopy module electrical connector.
12. NOTE: Headliner removed for clarity.
Connect the driver side safety canopy module electrical connector.
13. Install the driver side D-pillar trim panel.
