Remove the restraint system diagnostic tools to the vehicle harness side of the passenger air bag module electrical connectors.

RH side electrical connector shown, LH is similar.
Connect the 2 passenger air bag module electrical connectors.
20. Attach the dampening strut to the LH side of glove compartment door.
21. Close glove compartment door.
22. Remove the restraint system diagnostic tools from the clockspring electrical connectors at the top of the steering column.
