Five Hundred AWD V6-3.0L VIN 1 (2005)
1. NOTE: If the pulley hub has no marks or 1 mark mark the pulley hub with paint before installing it. If the pulley hub has 2 marks, install a new
pulley.
Using the special tool, install the power steering pump pulley.
2. Install the engine accessory drive belt.
3. Position the wiring harness to the 2 retainers.

Connect the 4 electrical connectors.
4. Position the degas bottle and install the 2 bolts.

Connect the fill sensor electrical connector.

Tighten to 7 Nm (62 inch lbs.).
5. Connect the windshield washer motor electrical connector.
