Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Open and unhook the glove compartment.
2. Remove the air recirculation flap servo motor.

Disconnect the plugs.

Remove the three screws.
NOTE: The servo motor is hard to access.
INSTALLATION
1. Refit the components in reverse order.
NOTE: The servo motor is keyed onto a shaft. For this reason, the air recirculation flap may have to be pushed into the correct position with the
fingertips.
2. Check the operation of the air recirculation flap.
