Focus L4-2.0L DOHC VIN 3 (2002)
1. Remove the gearshift lever knob.

Remove the compression spring and damping sleeve.
2. Detach the reverse gear release from the gearshift lever.

Remove the reverse gear release.
3. Remove the gearshift lever cover.
4. Remove the gearshift lever.
Assembly
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
