Seat Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair
Safety Belt Buckle and Pretensioner
REMOVAL
1. Remove the front seat.
2. Disconnect the safety belt buckle pretensioner underseat electrical connector.
3. Detach the safety belt buckle pretensioner wiring harness from the underside of the seat.
CAUTION: Note the position and routing of the wiring harness to aid assembly. An incorrectly routed harness may lead to the wires becoming
damaged on the seat mechanism.
4. Remove the safety belt buckle and pretensioner.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
