Disengage the seat cover J-hook retainer along the bottom of the seat back, then pull the cover up to gain access to the seat back hinges. See
Figure 2.

Remove the pivot bracket-to-seat back retainer bolts and remove the seat back assembly from the vehicle.

Remove the left rear seat back outboard hinge from the vehicle. See Figure 3.
INSTALLATION
1.
Install the new left rear seat back outboard hinge and install the retainer bolts and push pin. Tighten the bolts to 38 Nm (28 lb-ft).
2.
Install the seat back assembly. Tighten the bolts to 28 Nm (21 lb-ft).
3.
Secure the seat back cover, then position the seat in an upright position.
4.
Route the left seat belt through the guide strap, then secure both the center and left seat belt anchors to the floor. Tighten the bolts to 38 Nm (28
lb-ft).
5.
Reposition the seat cushion and driver seat back to their original positions.
