USING APPROPRIATE DIAGNOSTIC TOOL.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1.
Reprogram the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) to the latest calibration listed in the table as shown, using one of the following two (2) methods:

Worldwide Diagnostic system (WDS). Use B7 CD-ROM dated April, 2000 or later.

Service Bay Technical System (SBTS) and the New Generation STAR (NGS) Tester with Rotunda flash cable (007-00531) and Rotunda flash
card (007-00532). Use R00 Calibration CD-ROM dated March, 2000 or later.
