Parts Ordering Information
We will direct ship 100% of the parts for the dealer involved units beginning September 9, 1999. Please refrain from ordering any parts at this time.
After September 13, 1999, you may order your parts requirement through normal order processing channels as noted:
Parts will be shipped directly from the packager, resulting in a 10% emergency special handling surcharge being included. This 10% handling charge
should be claimed when filing the owner notification claim. The process is to use the word "OTHER" under the miscellaneous expense area and then
include the actual surcharge cost. If the claim has already been submitted and paid, file for reimbursement using Claim appeal process.
