Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector. | | -
Detach the wiring harness from the radiator crossmember. | | -
CAUTION:Cap the refrigerant lines and the condenser core to prevent dirt ingress. Disconnect the refrigerant lines from the condenser core. | | -
Using the special tool, disconnect the radiator upper coolant hose. | | -
Using the special tool, disconnect the radiator center coolant hose. | | -
Disconnect the degas coolant hose. | | -
Using the special tool, disconnect the radiator lower coolant hose. | | -
Remove the radiator undershield. - Discard the retaining clips.

Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud. - Release the retaining clips.
- Push the cooling fan motor and shroud out of the retaining clips and remove it.

Detach the radiator crossmember (right-hand side shown). - Remove the front retaining bolts.
- Loosen the rear retaining bolts.

Remove the radiator. - Lift the radiator.
- Pull the radiator crossmember to the rear side.
- Pull the radiator downwards.

NOTE:Install new refrigerant line O-ring seals. NOTE:Lubricate the refrigerant line O-ring seals with clean refrigerant oil before installation. NOTE:Install new radiator undershield retaining clips. To install, reverse the removal procedure. | | |
