Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) - Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) Focus RS 2003 (09/2002-)
Description and Operation

The DRL system switches on the dipped beams with reduced intensity when the following conditions apply:

  • Ignition is switched on.
  • Headlights are switched off.

When the daytime running lamps are lit, the side, rear and license plate lights are also on.
