DISASSEMBLY
1. Detach the floor level ventilation hose.

Pull off the hose.
2. Separate the heater/heat exchanger housing parts.

Undo the two bolts.
-
Undo seven retaining tangs.
3. Remove the heat exchanger.
4. Pull out the heat exchanger.
