3. Install the boot at the transaxle end.

Put the boot clamping strap in the groove on the boot and tighten it using the special tool.
4. CAUTION: Do not damage the universal joint rollers.
Install the tripods.

Using the special tool, push the tripod onto the front drive halfshaft as far as it will go.
5. NOTE: Install a new snap ring.
Install the tripod (continued). Install the snap ring.
