2. Install the left-hand front halfshaft oil seal.

Drive in as far as the stop.

3. CAUTION:  The inner joint must not bend more than 18 degrees, the outer joint more than 45 degrees.

NOTE: Make sure the new snap-ring engages.

Install front halfshaft (shown with subframe removed).

4. CAUTION: Take care not to damage the boots.

Install the lower suspension arm to the spindle carrier.
1. Attach the lower suspension arm.
2. Tighten the bolt.

5. NOTE: Fill height is 0 - 5 mm below the lower edge of the fill hole.

Check the transmission fluid level and top up with Manual transmission fluid if necessary.

6. Install the left-hand front wheel.

7. Lower the vehicle and tighten the left-hand front wheel nuts.

8. NOTE: Use an Allen key to prevent piston rod from rotating.
