7. Remove the cover panel.

Remove the 16 screws.
NOTE:

Care must be taken not to break the plastic locating pins from the rear of the cover panel.

Two guide studs are clipped to the underside of the cover panel.
8. Detach the cable from the roof opening panel frame.
9. Remove the cable and guide.
1. Slide the guide forward.
2. Disengage the guide from the guide rail.
