Focus ZX5 L4-2.0L DOHC VIN 3 (2002)
12. Remove the center console trim panel.
13. Remove the right-hand lower I/P panel.
14. Remove the lower heater case duct.
15. Remove the gearshift and selector cables from the gearshift lever.

Remove the gearshift and selector cables by twisting the abutment collar counter clockwise.
16. Open up the carpet and damping matting and fold up to one side (heater heat exchanger not shown.)
