Canister Purge Control Valve: Service and Repair
EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CANISTER PURGE VALVE
Removal and Installation

3.0L and 3.5L vehicles
1. NOTE: The lower cowl panel grille must be removed to access the evaporative emissions (EVAP) canister purge valve.
Remove the lower cowl panel grille.
All vehicles
2. Disconnect the EVAP canister purge valve electrical connector.
3. Disconnect the 2 vapor jumper tube-to-EVAP canister purge valve quick connect couplings.
4. Depress the tab and remove the EVAP canister purge valve from the bracket.
