Body - Back Glass Moulding Is Loose

ISSUE
Some 2010 Fusion, Milan and MKZ vehicles may exhibit a loose moulding end at the base of the rear window glass.
ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. Inspect the moulding ends at the lower edge of the rear window glass.
a. If either end of the moulding is loose, proceed to Step 2.
b. If the moulding is damaged or missing, replace the rear window glass. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-11.
2. Open the luggage compartment lid and remove moulding from the rear window glass.
3. Clean the glass and moulding with Motorcraft® Ultra-Clear Spray Glass Cleaner. (Figure 1)
