Check
The oil pressure depends on various factors (engine speed, oil temperature, oil pump backlash etc.).

NOTE:

Make the measurement when the oil temperature is 80°C

1. Pull off the protective cap and the right‐hand oil pressure switch connector.
   (variant with 2 oil pressure switches on the oil filter shown.)

2. Unscrew and remove the right‐hand oil pressure switch.
   (variant with 2 oil pressure switches on the oil filter shown.)

3. Screw in the oil pressure gauge adaptor
   (variant with 2 oil pressure switches on the oil filter shown.)

NOTE:

Measure the oil pressure at 2000 rev/min. Oil pressure at 2000 rev/min: at least 2,0 bar. Maximum oil pressure at higher engine speeds: 7,0 bar.
4. Check the oil pressure
• Install the oil pressure gauge on the adapter.
• Start the engine.
   (variant with 2 oil pressure switches on the oil filter shown.)

NOTE:

If there is a leak install a new seal. Tighten the oil pressure switch to 25 Nm.
5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
