1. Remove the battery housing top and side shields (battery removed for clarity).

2. Drain the cooling system (refer to Operation Number 24 122 0).

3. Remove the wiper linkage cover.

4. Disconnect the expansion tank hoses from the expansion tank.

5. Detach the expansion tank (two bolts).

6. Disconnect the remaining hose.

7. Disconnect the coolant low level warning multiplug.

8. Refit the components in the reverse order.

9. Refill the cooling system and check for leaks (refer to Operation Number 24 122 0).
