This article supersedes article 84-21-5 dated October 9, 1984.

The remote control left hand mirror is standard equipment on T-Bird/Cougar and LTD/Marquis, and the matching right hand mirror was not available as
optional equipment. For vehicles in states requiring right hand mirrors, a right hand mirror installation kit is now available. Included in the mirror kit are
detailed instructions for this installation. Right hand mirror installation is reimbursable under the "Vehicle Not Built As Ordered" provisions in the
Warranty and Policy Manual, Subject 6.3, page 1. Contact the Order Processing Center.
