Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands - Use CARES or OASIS to verify vehicle involvement.

DEALER-OWNER

If a suspect vehicle has been sold, but the owner's name and

address does not appear on the list, contact the owner
immediately. Provide the owner with a copy of the owner letter.

PROMPTLY CORRECT

Eligible vehicles which are brought to your dealership.

NOTE:

Dealers are requested to give priority to those customers who have had service work performed that required the disconnection and relatching
of the fuel line connectors. If they haven't had service work involving the connectors, we would suggest that these customers wait until they
receive a notification letter before bringing the vehicle to a dealership.

EVEN IF A CUSTOMER HAS A PRE-PRINTED FORM 1864, YOU MUST USE CARES OR OASIS TO DETERMINE IF A VEHICLE IS
ELIGIBLE FOR THIS RECALL.

Advise owners of any other recalls that may be uncompleted. You should attempt to complete all open recalls on these vehicles on a single visit by the
owner.

If the owner of an eligible vehicle does not have a pre-printed

REIMBURSEMENT

Form 1864, you must use a blank Form 1864. Only the Form 1864

FORM 1864

is acceptable for reimbursement on this program. The Form 1864
must be completely filled out and signed by authorized dealer personnel. Submit the second copy of the Form 1864 for
reimbursement. Claims must be submitted for all completed units.

NOTICE

Owners may inform the National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration if the recall is not performed without charge or in a reasonable time after the vehicle is brought to your
dealership for repair.

PARTS

An initial supply of retainer clips are being direct shipped to
dealers. FIES will direct ship to dealers quantities of retainer clips based on individual dealer sales volumes. These direct
shipments will continue until further notice. Fuel line retainer clips will be provided at no charge.

Do not order recall parts from Windsor Export Supply. Order all requirements directly from Wixom using the mailing address on page No. 1 of this
