Remove the diverter valve and the actuator wire feed from servo assembly using a small screw driver to unsnap the actuator wire from the servo
retaining pin. (Figures 4 or 5).

Connect the new diverter valve actuator to the servo retaining pin. (Figures 4 or 5).

Secure the diverter valve to the servo using the new push-nuts provided (Figures 4 or 5).

Reinstall the servo in the vehicle using the new push-nut on door shaft as described in the respective vehicle shop manual. Ensure that the
temperature door crank arm is installed through brass eyelet on servo for Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis, Lincoln Town Car and Continental Mark
VI vehicles (Figure 4).

6.

Check the system for proper operation. Refer to the respective shop manual under Description and Operation.
