Refer to Exhibit I, Figure 2. Connect an analog Volt-Ohm-Meter (VOM) as shown to check the electrical continuity of the high vacuum
switch.

Apply 20 inches of vacuum to the switch assembly with the vacuum pump.
5.
Observe the Volt-Ohm-Meter for electrical continuity of the high vacuum switch.

If electrical continuity is observed at 20 +/- 0.5 inches of vacuum, remove the vacuum pump and Volt-Ohm-Meter, replace the vacuum
hose and reconnect the wiring connector.

If there is no electrical continuity at 20 +/- 0.5 inches of vacuum, proceed to the following steps.

Remove the sealant from the top of the high vacuum switch to expose the switch adjusting screw.
7.
Turn the exposed adjusting screw to obtain proper vacuum setting.

Turn clockwise to increase vacuum setting.

Turn counter-clockwise to decrease vacuum setting.
8.
Place your finger over the top of the switch to prevent a vacuum leak as you check vacuum setting.
9.
Adjust and check the vacuum setting until electrical continuity is obtained with 20 inches of vacuum.
10.
Remove the vacuum pump and the Volt-Ohm-Meter.

DURING CURE. AVOID REPEATED OR PROLONGED SKIN CONTACT. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
11.
Apply a small quantity of Silicone Rubber (Part Number D6AZ-19562-A or B) to reseal the high vacuum switch adjusting screw.
12.
Replace vacuum hose and reconnect wiring connector.
