Remove carburetor air cleaner assembly.
2.
To reduce the adverse affect of engine heat on the thermal vent valve (Figure 4), the location within the -9C987- hose assembly must be modified.
To accomplish this, follow Steps 1-7 on Figure 5 while using Figures 4 and 6 as reference points.
