Removal and Installation

Removal

All Vehicles
  1. Remove the trim panel (if equipped).
    • Remove the clips.

  1. Remove the radiator grille.
    1. Remove the screws.
    1. Remove the radiator grille.

  1. Remove the trim panel.
    • Remove the clips
Vehicles with 2.5L (200 PS) engine
  1. Remove the trim panel.
    • Remove the clips.
All Vehicles
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Section  100-02 Jacking and Lifting.

  1. Remove the radiator undershield.
    • Remove the screws.

  1. Disconnect the fog lamps. Left-hand shown, right-hand similar.

  1. Disconnect the headlamps wash hose at the pump (if equipped).
    • Allow the fluid to drain into a suitable container.

  1. Remove the bumper stay (if equipped).
Vehicles with 2.5L (200 PS) engine
  1. Remove the wheel arch liner screws from the bumper.
All Vehicles
  1. Remove the wheel arch liner screws.

  1. Remove the bumper retaining bolts.
    1. Move the wheel arch liner to one side.
    1. Remove the bolts.
  1. Lower the vehicle.

  1. Remove the bumper.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
