Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE:
NOTE:Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve.
    Refer to: Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve (303-08F Engine Emission Control - 2.2L Duratorq-TDCi (DW) Diesel, Removal and Installation).

  1. CAUTION:
    CAUTION:Make sure that the inside of the pipe ends are clean and free of oil residue.
    Torque: 20 Nm

    1. Torque: 30 Nm

    1. Torque: 2 Nm
    1. Torque: 10 Nm

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
