Using the template (Figure 7) drill a 9/32 hole in the pivot bracket as shown.
18.
Install pivot bracket on support bracket using torque prevailing nut (33770S2) and torque to 8-10 ft.lbs.
19.
Using the hole in the pivot bracket as a guide drill the support bracket through both sides.
20.
Install 3" x 1/4-20 bolt (300888-S36 Grade 5) and torque prevailing nut (337777-S8) through support and pivot bracket. Torque to 8-10 ft.lbs. and
close the clearance at the boss (Figure 7).
21.
Reinstall pin removed in step 12.
22.
Clean up drill chips and grindings.
23.
Reinstall quarter trim panels and window handle.
24.
Tighten top latches.
