Position the top side reinforcement (E5ZZ- 61111A45-A or E5ZZ-66111A45-A) as shown in Figure 8, and hammer form as necessary to provide a
tight fit.
CAUTION: Prior to drilling any holes, the fuel lines must be moved out of the way.

Starting at the rocker panel using a No. 11 size drill and using the reinforcement as a guide, drill the five rocker panel attachment holes. Install
rivets in these five holes (382602-S100).

On floor pan drilling: Drill only two holes at a time followed by installing a rivet (382602-S1001) in each hole. Continue this process until the
reinforcement is fully installed.
