Remove hold-down clamp at left-hand side rail.

Remove hose connection at power steering pump.

Using a Rotunda Tube Bender (021-00022) with a 1" radius or equivalent, carefully bend the metal tube portion 3/8" O.D. of the hose, as shown in
View A, making sure not to kink any portion of the tube.

Relocate the hold-down clamp as shown in Figure 11, reconnect the hose at the power steering pump, and tighten fitting to 10-25 ft.lbs. When
installed properly, the hose will not have any tight bends and will not contact the coolant recovery bottle.

Add power steering fluid as necessary, start engine, and check for leaks.

NOTE:

If the power steering hose requires replacement, service hose E3SZ-3A719-B should be obtained.
