3.

Cut two slots (.750" x 1.50") in the hood insulator as shown.

4.

Install two clips as shown.

5.

Remove one (1) push pin at center of the hood insulator as shown.

6.

Clear or remove burred inside the push pin hole.

7.

Cut off the tip of the new push pin (N803387-S) - two (2) threads down from the tip.

8.

Install the new push pin to replace the old push pin as shown.
