Align the system to proper clearance.
7.
Alternately tighten the manifold nuts to 21.7-32.5 N-m (16-24 Lb.Ft.).
8.
Install the air injection tube and check valve.
9.
Check the system for leaks.
NOTE:
Alternate tightening of the joint fastener is required to provide uniform clamping. This will prevent joint distortion, a major cause of
system leaks and misadjustment.
10.
Lower the vehicle.

The preprinted Authorized Modifications Decal shown below is provided in the parts kit.

Insert your P & A Code and date and attach the Authorized Modifications Decal to a clean surface on the fan shroud.

Place the clear overlay on the decal.
