ISSUE:
The air conditioning compressor/clutch lead wire harness (E6ZZ-19D887-A) which has a diode for EEC IV system protection and the wide
open throttle (W.O.T.) cutout relay (E6DZ-11433-A) are not included in the non-A/C vehicle wiring harness or in the dealer A/C engine kits
(E7ZZ-19B969-B) received prior to February 2, 1987.
ACTION:
When installing the A/C engine kit, (received prior to February 2, 1987) the A/C clutch lead wire harness (E6ZZ-19D887-A) and W.O.T.
A/C cutout relay (E6DZ-11433-A) should be ordered and installed. Refer to the following service procedure for installation information.
NOTE:
Dealer A/C engine kits (E7ZZ-19B969-B) received after February 2, 1987 will contain the A/C clutch lead wire harness and the W.O.T. cutout
relay. Kits will be labeled - "One E7ZZ-19B969-B engine kit with relay".
