ISSUE:
Some Mustang LX and GT models equipped with "Goodyear Eagle GT" 235/60R15 tires may show evidence of tire rub marks on the front
fender lower extensions.
ACTION:
Use the following service procedure to provide increased clearance for the front tires.

Adjust the front fenders on both the LX and GT models.
^
Modify the lower front extensions on the GT units only.
NOTE:
WHEN PERFORMING STEPS 1 THROUGH 4, MAKE SURE THAT THE MARGINS BETWEEN THE HOOD, FENDER AND DOOR
ARE MAINTAINED.
