Remove the three (3) fasteners that mount the automatic belt tensioner. Retain the nut. Discard the tensioner, belt guide and both bolts (Figure 2).

Install the new Tensioner (F7AZ-6B209-CB) using one (1) existing stud and two (2) new Studs (N807336-S2). Torque the studs and nuts to 20-30
N.m (15-22 lb-ft).

NOTE: 

THE PULLEY MUST BE PRESSED ON 0.67 mm PAST THE END OF THE SHAFT. REFER TO FIGURE 3.

5.

Remove the power steering pump pulley and install new raised flanged Power Steering Pulley (F7ZZ-3A733-AA).

6.

Install a new FEAD Belt (F7AZ-8620-AA)
