Install the Tensioner Positive Stop (F7ZZ-19A439-AA) onto the two (2) studs that mount the tensioner. Fasten the stop bracket with two (2) Nuts
(N804178-S309). Torque the nuts to 20-30 N-m (15-22 lb-ft). Refer to Figure 4.

8.

On the bottom of the power Steering pump there is a power Steering line orientation clip that is mounted with a Single fastener Remove and
discard the clip Install the replacement Power Steering Orientation Clip (F7ZZ-3E523-AA).
