12. Connect the stabilizer bar link to the suspension lower arm.

Install the link and bushing.

Install the nut.

13. Connect the tie-rod end to the spindle.

Install the tie-rod end into the spindle.

Install the nut.

Install a new cotter pin.

14. Install the wheel and tire assembly. 
15. Lower the vehicle.
16. Check the wheel alignment and adjust, if necessary.
