8. Install the drain plug.

Install a new gasket onto the drain plug assembly.

Tighten to 26 Nm (19 lb-ft).
9. NOTE: It will be necessary to hold the drain plug with a wrench when removing the fluid level indicator plug.
NOTE: Use a 3/16-inch Allen key to remove the fluid level indicator plug.
Remove the fluid level indicator plug.
10. Carry out the fluid level check. Refer to Transmission Fluid Level Check.
