27. Install heater water hose and clamp onto cylinder block connection.
28. Install heater water hose to LH cylinder head using two bolts. Tighten upper retaining bolt to 20-30 Nm (15-22 ft. lbs.) and lower retaining bolt to
8-12 Nm (71-106 inch lbs.).
29. After removing all traces of oil, dirt and previously applied sealant from engine front cover, cylinder heads and cylinder block sealing surfaces,
replace crankshaft front seal (6700) and install new engine front cover gaskets (6020). No adhesive is required.
CAUTION: When cleaning sealing surfaces of the engine front cover and oil pan-to-cylinder block joints, use extreme caution not to damage the
rubber bead of the oil pan gasket. If a leak should occur upon reassembly, remove the oil pan and replace the oil pan gasket.
NOTE: Sealing surfaces must be clean and dry before applying sealant.
