Fuel Filler Hose: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove fuel tank filler cap, strap and two fuel tank filler pipe retaining screws inside filler door.
2. Drain fuel from fuel tank.
3. Raise vehicle.
4. Remove retaining screw from the fuel tank filler pipe retainer.
5. Slide the fuel tank filler pipe, into the fuel tank until enough clearance with the fender is gained to allow the fuel tank filler pipe to be rotated.
6. Rotate the fuel tank filler pipe and remove the fuel tank filler pipe.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Tighten fuel tank filler pipe retaining screw to 7.3-9.0 Nm (65-80 lb in).
