Intake Air Duct: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect wire harness from intake air temperature sensor (IAT)(12A697).
2. Disconnect crankcase ventilation tube (6758) from air cleaner outlet tube (9B659).
3. Loosen engine air cleaner tube clamps (9C632) on air cleaner outlet tube.
4. Disconnect air cleaner outlet tube from throttle body (9E926).
5. Disconnect air cleaner outlet tube from mass air flow sensor (MAF)(12B579) and remove air cleaner outlet tube.

INSTALLATION

1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Tighten engine air cleaner tube clamps to 2.3-3.2 Nm (21-28 inch lbs.).
